This coffee is from the Finca Rosita farm, which is located in Caranavi nestled in Bolivia’s western Andean Mountain region. Specfically, it is an Arabica coffee varietal. The farm is 32 hectares in size and ranges from 1350 to 1750 meters above sea level. It is operated by the Aramayo-Valverde family.
Little Press roasts out of The Plant, a renovated meatpacking facility that serves as a collaborative community of small food and beverage businesses. The facility is located at 1400 W. 46th St. Chicago, IL 60609 in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
Little Press places an emphasis on roasting coffee in small batches, to respectfully extract the natural origin taste of the single-origin cultivar. Our single-origin cultivars are available on a rotating basis and are sourced from varying regions including Central America, South America, Africa and South East Asia. At the moment, we exclusively offer 12oz packages of whole bean coffee. We can also provide ground coffee upon request.
We deliver direct to consumers and businesses. Deliveries are fulfilled via bicycle, in an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve air quality and lower fuel consumption.
Lastly, we also offer coffee themed apparel and accessories. Our aim is for merchandise to be educational in nature, along with feeling light-hearted and accessible. This is adjacent to our belief that coffee should be treated with respect and attainable for everyone.
